<p><b>Shipping policy</b></p>
<p>The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment and on a wooden pallet.</p>
<p>The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level.</p>
<p><b>Return policy</b></p>
<p>Recolax only accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact sales@recolax.com to begin the returns process. Before sending anything back, please email Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the return is required due to damage, please include pictures, and whether the shipping damage was noted upon signing for the delivery. Recolax covers the shipping costs for returns due to shipping damage or a Recolax error. </p>
<p>If you want to return the product, you are not charged a set restocking fee for returns. We strongly recommend that items are shipped back insured using the same method it was shipped out, Ground or LTL.</p>
<p>Once the product comes back to Recolax, it is inspected for damage. If there is no damage, you will be issued a credit for the full amount that you paid, less any required new boxing fees ~$20-$50 depending on the product. If the product is damaged, you will be notified to issue a claim with your shipper. </p>
<p>Please do not return an item without contacting Recolax first! You can do so by mailing to sales@recolax.com.</p>
