<p>All chillers come with a 1 year warranty. Certain chillers are offered with an optional extended warranty for an additional charge. The length of warranty will be determine by your purchase, minimum of 1 year. </p>
<p>Penguin Chillers warrants the Chiller to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty term begins on the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping (such claims must be presented to the carrier), lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. Penguin Chillers’ warranty liability extends only to the replacement cost of the product. Penguin Chillers will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind, including lost revenues, lost profits, or other losses in connection with the product. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Penguin Chillers will, at our discretion, repair or replace the Chiller covered under this warranty. <p>If this product is returned to Penguin Chillers for repair the customer is responsible for shipping charges to get the chiller to Penguin Chillers. The chiller needs to be properly packaged for safe transport. This product must be insured during shipment. Customer assumes all risks of loss or damage during shipment. After receiving the package Penguin Chillers will repair or replace the chiller at our discretion. Penguin Chillers will repackage and ship the chiller back to you at no additional cost within the continental 48 states, surcharges may apply outside of the continental 48 states. Penguin Chillers will not be responsible for any costs related to the removal or re-installation of this product from or into any installation. Penguin Chillers will not be responsible for any costs related to any setting up this product, any adjustment of user controls or any installation cost of this product. </p>
<p>TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. <p><b>Shipping policy</b></p>

<p>The estimated shipping time is 3-4 weeks.</p>

<p>Please note that these estimated shipping times are subject to change or variation without prior notice due to various factors, such as supply chain issues, delays in production, high demand for shipping services.</p>

<p><b>Return policy</b></p>

<p>Please note any orders cancelled within their lead time, prior to shipping, will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.</p>

<p>Returns must be requested within 21 days of original shipment. All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping your item back to us. You can do so by mailing to sales@recolax.com</p>

<p>All returned items must be in their original condition, with original packaging. A 20% stocking fee applies to all approved returns. When returning a product for a refund, you are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. There are no refunds available on custom ordered products or chillers.</p>

<p>If upon receiving and inspecting a returned product, it is found to not be in its original condition, the return is subject to rejection. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. All refunds may take up to 14 days to process the paperwork and issue your refund.</p>

<p>Shipping costs during a warranty claim are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer requests, we can assist them in getting a discounted return shipping label through our shipping contacts. However the customer is responsible for cost of this discounted shipping label. Because the customer assumes all risks for loss or damage during return shipment, we require all packages being shipped back to us be INSURED and properly packaged for safe transport. If your warranty claim is approved, Penguin Chillers will repair or replace the chiller at our discretion. We will then properly package and return ship the chiller back to you at no additional cost within the Continental 48 states. If the chiller is outside of the Continental 48 states, the warranty is considered voided.</p>

<p>You can pay through Shop Pay. Shop Pay offers customers the option to pay for their order in installments at checkout, both online and in store. Orders from 50 USD to 17,500 USD are eligible for installments payments.<p>
