<p>Warranty is 2 years.</p>

<p>Any defects of the Goods revealed during the warranty period are confirmed by a Reclamation Report. The Reclamation Report should include detailed written description of the technical problem in English, photos or/and videos as appropriate to establish the cause of the fault and its circumstances. </p>
<p>If the faulty component conforms to the terms of warranty, it is replaced free of charge. If the faulty component does not conform to the terms of warranty, the customer pays the price of the component. </p>
<p>The warranty only covers components, not delivery cost or labor and expenses related to the technician’s travel. Within the warranty period Recolax shall replace faulty assemblies or components. If Cryomed needs to intervene during the warranty period, Recolax handles the cost. </p>
<p><strong>The warranty policy is excluded in the following cases: </strong></p>



<p>the Goods bear evidence of attempted unqualified, unauthorized repairs; </p>




<p>the Goods bear evidence of mechanical damage to the fabric and the outer shell; </p>




<p>the defect is caused by modifications made in the design or the circuit diagram without Cryomed’s approval; </p>



<p>the revealed defects are caused by foreign objects, matter, liquids, insects, animals, etc. found in the Goods; </p>



<p>the defect is caused by failure to observe the Goods operation modes referred to in the Operation Manual; </p>



<p>the damage was caused by force-majeure circumstances, i.e. power supply failures, lightning, fire, flood, etc.; </p>



<p>the defects were caused by vacuum leak of the Dewar vessel; </p>



<p>for any valve malfunctions, if a cryogenic hose is not supplied or approved by Cryomed. </p>

<p><b>Shipping policy</b></p>

<p>The estimated shipping time is 4-6 weeks.</p>

<p>However, please note that these estimated shipping times are subject to change or variation without prior notice due to various factors, such as supply chain issues, delays in production, high demand for shipping services.</p>

<p><b>Return policy</b></p>

<p>After the item has been shipped, you cannot return the item to us. As for replacements, it is possible but only if the cryochamber has a manufacturing defect which was not identified during factory testing.</p>

<li>Average session of whole-body cryotherapy lasts about 3 minutes.</li>
<li>During the session the cost of nitrogen you spend is approximately $5.</li>
<li>A minimum price for one session for a client is $35 (depends on the market and your location. For example, in the US a cryo session can cost $80 and higher). So you can net a minimum of $30 from each session;</li>
<li>If you have at least 10 cryotherapy sessions per day, in one month (including weekends) you can have as many as 300.</li>
