<p><strong>Equipment Limited Warranty</strong></p>
<p>Please read this agreement carefully before using this product. By using this equipment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you are consenting to be bound by this agreement.</p>
<p><strong>VACUACTIVUS</strong> as a fitness and spa equipment manufacturer warrants all new products to be free from defects in materials and manufacture for the warranty periods set forth below. The warranty periods commence on the invoice date of the original purchase. This warranty applies only against defects discovered within the warranty period and extends only to the original purchaser of the product. Parts repaired or replaced under the terms of this warranty will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period only. To claim under this warranty, the buyer must notify the Manufacturer or your authorized VACUACTIVUS Distributor within 30 days after the date of discovery of any nonconformity and make the affected product available for inspection by the Manufacturer or its service representative. Manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty are limited as set forth below.</p>
<p>All VACUACTIVUS products carry a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers the body, motors, and parts. Also, our clients can opt for unlimited after-warranty service.</p>
<p>All Commercial Products manufactured and sold are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Structural Frame/Body:</strong> 2 years</li>
<li><strong>Motors:</strong> 1 year</li>
<li><strong>Mechanical and Electrical Parts:</strong> 1 year</li>
<li><strong>High Wear Console Items (including Headphone Jacks and USB Connectors):</strong> 90 days</li>
<li><strong>Color or other type of touch screens and/or Media connectors:</strong> 90 days</li>
<li><strong>Product Labor:</strong> 1 year</li>
</ul>
<p>The manufacturer of fitness equipment provides a 12-month warranty provided proper use in accordance with the instruction manual. Available unlimited after-warranty technical support.</p>
<p>The Manufacturer of fitness equipment undertakes to remove free of defects revealed during the term of this Agreement. In the case of minor irregularities relating to the operation of equipment, the Fitness Equipment Manufacturer will send the replacement parts with instructions to remove the fault to reduce the downtime of the device. If the problem is serious, the manufacturer sends a service company or an authorized service representative located for fix hard break problem. Fitness or SPA Equipment defects revealed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within a period not longer than 90 days from the date of notification. For safe and proper operation of the fitness devices, it is recommended to periodically (at least one time per 6 months) check the device and the electrical system or periodically maintenance.</p>
<p><strong>Warranty Exclusions:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Damage to equipment caused by improper handling or operation contrary to the intended purpose, force majeure (fire, flood, lightning), mechanical damage, additional changes, and modifications.</li>
<li>Moving the equipment and installation elsewhere, improper installation via third party, unauthorized access, or damaged warranty seals.</li>
<li>The warranty does not cover specific components like connecting cords, plugs, sockets, switches, buttons, batteries, cables, belts, exercise skirts, rolls, pedals, working jets, working surface, aroma containers, massage mats, decorative strips, etc.</li>
<li>Consumable parts subject to wear during operation unless defects are not due to normal wear and tear.</li>
<li>Software updates, software defects that do not materially affect the exercise functionality, and cosmetic items.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Service Support:</strong></p>
<p>Service support is available only during business hours, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM until 5:30 PM Pacific time or Central European time, subject to availability. Services must be booked via phone or email. Warranty service will be provided at the discretion of the Manufacturer.</p>
<p>Warranties are non-transferable and are only valid for the original first owner of the equipment.</p>
<p><strong>Conditions and Restrictions:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The warranty applies to the VACUACTIVUS product if serviced by a VACUACTIVUS Authorized Service Provider and/or Certified Distributor, remains in possession of the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, improper service, or non-VACUACTIVUS modification.</li>
<li>This warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure caused by non-compliance with electrical codes, failure to provide reasonable maintenance, or internet connectivity issues.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Disclaimer and Release:</strong></p>
<p>The limited warranties provided herein are exclusive and supersede any prior representations. Manufacturer disclaims and excludes all other obligations or liabilities, express or implied. The sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of warranty are repair, replacement, or refund.</p>
<p><strong>Exclusion of Consequential and Incidental Damages:</strong></p>
<p>Manufacturer shall have no obligation or liability for consequential or incidental damages, including property damage, loss of use, revenue, or profit, arising from the use or inability to use the product.</p>
<p><em>This offer is provided at our discretion, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.</em></p>
<p><b>Shipping policy</b></p>
<p>If the item is in stock and paid in full, we are able to ship after a week. If out of stock, manufacturing takes 6-8 weeks.</p>
<p>However, please note that these estimated shipping times are subject to change or variation without prior notice due to various factors, such as supply chain issues, delays in production, high demand for shipping services.</p>
<p><b>Return policy</b></p>
<p>We do not accept returns or refunds. Every sale is FINAL.</p>
